Drop off and pick up dumpster services are available.  With our Stellar® Hooklift System on a chassis of a Ford F550, we are able to drop off a dumpster in tight spaces where a dump truck or commercial dumpster cannot.  We are specialized for the residential workplace.

Your dumpster will have a hinged back door that will swing open for easier accessibility; the 12-yard dumpster is 12’ x 8’ x 4’.

Upon agreement of the terms (disposal weight allowance and the duration of the rental period), the price will only include a one-time delivery and a one-time removal.  All waste will be disposed of in the municipal’s landfill or other fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

Nothing can be sticking out of the top of the roll off dumpster as this could potentially be dangerous and fall out during transportation.  Any additional drop-off or pick-ups can be negotiated.  Our greatest concern is completing each customers project in its entirety.

We can accept dirt, concrete, brick, construction debris (drywall, treated wood, etc.), organic materials (yard clippings and roots), household junk (furniture, bulk items, clothes, and non-hazardous household items); these items may not be mixed.  For instance, dirt or organic materials cannot be combined with household junk removal.

Exclusions

Hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides, pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixes with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires (unless special exceptions), batteries, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids.

Dumpsters may require permits from local authorities based on their placement.  Typically when placing dumpsters on public property, such as a street or sidewalk, customers will need to contact their local municipality first; additional requirements may apply based upon your locality.  Liability for the appropriate waste remains with the customer.  If you are unsure of the appropriateness of your materials, feel free to call our service-oriented representatives at (571) 499-1170 or email (contact@horizonhaul.com) with your specific questions or concerns.
